WE FINISHED

Yesterday we finished our evaluations. A whole day before the deadline! We began to worry at the beginning of the week because we hadn't completed any of the questions.  With this in mind we really picked up the pace and got all our answers filmed by Tuesday.  This meant all we had left to do was edit everything.  Luckily for us Daisy is super clever and did our green screen editing at home meaning we had the lessons free to make our power point presentation and edit the other video as well as our voice recording.  But everything quickly feel into place and we managed to get everything finished to a standard we are pleased with by about 4.30.
   Overall this project has been really enjoyable and we have created a teaser trailer, film poster and magazine cover that we are all proud of.  This project has had its bumps with our worries about finishing the teaser trailer on time and the stress about getting the underwater photos off our former group member Holly who left the group soon after this without even completing the film and the poster. But we feel we have overcame this well and luckily our final projects didn't suffer from it.

Evaluation Development

Over the past week we have been working on our evaluations.  We wanted to make our evaluations interesting by using different forms of media.  With this in mind we have chosen to do the first question we have decided to film us talking with a green screen behind us.  In the editing of this we will add in pictures of title inspiration, film posters we liked, studio magazine and clips of teasers we researched.  We think this will be a really nice effect and add depth to our evaluation.  For question two we have decided to do a voice recording to discuss the ways in which we combined our teaser with our poster and magazine cover.  To go with this we will get clips from our film and photos showing the development of our poster and teaser trailer.  For question 3 we have already recorded us talking about our audience feedback.  We plan to edit this so it includes photos of what people have said they lied or disliked from the trailer.  Finally for the last question we have chosen to do a slideshow complete with pictures and videos to highlight the media technologies we used in this project.
